The Bush administration was keen on achieving some semblance of stability in Iraq before June 2005, I was told.

When I asked why that date, the source dropped the bombshell: because that was when the Pentagon was told to be prepared to launch a massive aerial attack against Iran, Iraq's neighbour to the east, in order to destroy the

Wenn sich die russische und die iranische Seite über eine Bezahlung geeinigt haben, werden die Brennelemente, die derzeit in einem russischen Hafen auf ihre Ausfuhr warten, im kommenden Jahr für den Reaktor in Buschehr ausgeliefert. Eine nennenswerte Urananreicherung in Natanz kann
im Jahr 2006 beginnen, und die Plutoniumproduktion könnte im Jahr 2010 in Arak aufgenommen werden.“
