Fishy europe to take position on software patents.

Tomorrow, December the 21st, the council meeting on agriculture and fisheries in Brussels will deliberate without any discussion about the "adoption of the Common position adopted by the Council with a view to the adoption of a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the patentability of computer-implemented inventions".

Tomorrow, December the 21st, the council meeting on agriculture and fisheries in Brussels will deliberate without any discussion about the "adoption of the Common position adopted by the Council with a view to the adoption of a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the patentability of computer-implemented inventions".

The meeting will take place in the Justus Lipsius Building, and "Journalists and general public can follow the debates/deliberations (close circuit TV distribution) at the press centre".
