Charles Taylor of Liberia is a threat only to some parts of AFRICA. However, the evil regime in Pakistan is global threat since it has WMD, poses threat its neighbors, has openly threatened with 'unconventional' weapons, is harbring, training and funding terrorists of all hues - both ARABS AND NON-ARABS, Asians and non-Asians.
