In Le Monde van 25 april 2003 staat een artikel met volgende titel:

La CIA, bailleur de fonds de la construction européenne ?

Het gaat over een artikel dat verschenen is in Historia, een historisch tijdschrift.

De schrijver van het artikel in Historia heet Rémi Kauffer.

Maar bij mijn vlugge zoektocht naar Historia-artikel vond ik ook iets anders.

Misschien was een eengemaakt Europa nuttig voor de US administratie om de Soviet Unie klein te krijgen. Nu die er niet meer is, is een eengemaakt europa een blok aan het been van de US. Verdelen dus of een marionet op de presidentiële stoel: Blair.

Dan toch liever Guy.
