The Hip-Hop band "Wu-Tang Clan" have announced dates in Israel, despite America being at war with Iraq.
"Noone thinks that a Hebrew-speaking country has anything to do with hip-hop, but hip-hop is alive in Israel and we are going there to foster the new generations' way of communicating." sayd Cappadonna
"As Americans and hip-hop artists, we want to show solidarity with the people of Israel"
The Wu-Tang Clan will play in Tel Aviv, Beersheva, Haifa, Eilat, and Jerusalem in May. But Tenacious D will not even play in Europe. Good news :)

If they had balls the size they pretend to have they would give a free gig in "Salon Maqam" in Bagdad for people who need it a bit more, by the way hip-hop is very alive (I would even say more alive) in Beirut but their ain't no fancy braggin' labels to make suckers aware of it, so they carry on the original third-world way on tape (K7)
