"boycot America, Boycot Israel" is a slogan that we hear often during anti-war demo's. While the world(press) is focussing on Iraq, the terror in Palestine continues. Boycot Israel!!

Thank you so much for making this list. Now I know what to buy. Toda raba! Shoukran!

Can you also telle us where we can find it. Several of my friens are also interested and I want to tell it to them.

BTW Jessie, you are probably not from here, given the kind of hate speech you relay.

suggestions regarding israeli boycott list

At least in the UK, Yarden foods are pretty big in the Israeli houmous scene: although most supermarket houmous and much delicatessen houmous is non-kosher, Yarden's is kosher. It also contains appetising herb topping. "Yarden" is a brand-name belonging to "Sabra", who you have listed, but you need a magnifying glass to see that fact. People looking at a stock list (rather than a grocery shelf) might look for "sabra" but not for "yarden", and thus miss what is probably Sabra's biggest selling line. Generally, a list of kosher grocery brands (usually produced by the local Orthodox Rabbinate) will provide many instances of Israeli imported brand-names to look out for. The kosher food (and wine) market is as much a zionist-nationalist business as a religious one, nowadays.

Thank Rowan, but I already found out where to buy good Yarden wine anyhow. I'll look forward to buy other good quality products.

For the interested ones: you find it in the Delhaize among the exotic wines. One problem though: you need a classic model of corkscrew also.

EU boycott slogan

I have worked out a slogan for use in a boycott within the EU:

"Every euro spent on US goods is another dollar six and a half cents for war"

I would be interested in knowing how to help organise your boycott
