Breaking news: US takes back new resolution before UN

This means that they are ready to go to war - without the UN authorisation. This leads most experts to think that the war could begin in one or two days.
Bush is going to make a television declaration tonight, urging Saddam to leave Iraq in order to avoid war, within a very short delay. This declaration will occur at 20:00 US time (2AM belgian time).
BE READY TO OPPOSE WAR!
Bush doesn't care, but most of the other countries do. And it's maybe possible to push Blair to stop his help to an illegal war. He already knows that his political pisition will be at stake if he does go to war. Let's show him that he could even be tried before the International Court of justoce (UK signed the treaty). The same goes for Aznar.

And Robin Cook resigns

Robin Cook, leader of th House of Commons, and one of the most influent Labour MPs, resigned today.
He stated that "I can't accept collective responsibility for the decision to commit Britain now to military action in Iraq without international agreement or domestic support."

Other members of the british governement and other labour MPs could resign in the next few hours.

Tony Blair is more and more isolated in his own party and governement.

Let's hope that someone goes to the International Court and tries him for genocide and crimes against humanity for starting a war without UN approval.

Koffi Annan indicated that he asked all the members of the UN missions in Iraq to leave the country. He didn't say that it was because of the threat posed by the USA and UK, but it was clear enough.
Last time, the UN inspectors left Iraq one day before the attack.
