And we are bombing really good with our high precision smart bombs such as 1991 there we have hit precisely the Al-Ameriyah Shelter in Bagdad with two laser guided 1000-pound Paveway and we have burned and slain 1300 women and children in one go. Place your nest nicely in the middle in between them, so in the future you will be able to prevent them from passing freely (freedom, free market only for you!) their energy, goods and persons from and to each other. Build your military control centre, telling them it's against Saddam, on the oldest cross-road of trade of mankind, and you control the World.
Then, after ten years or so, gradually substitute your military occupation with civil occupation (law, finance, business)...
