Press Statement
Nepalese People's Progressive Forum Belgium is only a common organization of the real Nepalese asylum seekers in Belgium who were forced to get out of their own motherland because of the Nepalese medieval feudal state terror. It has been stressing the essential and historical need of shaping the Nepalese society into a completely democratic and equal state in opposition to communal, lingual, religious, economic, social, cultural, sexual, regional and de jure oppressions and inequalities looming large on account of the feudal social system. It has always been opposing here by organizing the Nepalese people and making a lot of contributions on the behalf of Nepalese people to any kind of unjust events happened to Nepalese people systematically. The Nepalese fascist feudal state and its intelligence bureau believes this Forum as a sister organization of CPN(Maoist) and we have been physically and psychologically interfered by the vigilantes mobilized by the mediators of the Nepalese reactionary government and Brussels based Nepalese Embassy. The Brussel based royal embassy of fascist feudal State of Nepal have been continuously campaigning oppression against the real Nepalese refugees in the name of 'Ferugee Action' (Refugees Action).

Considering the organized strength of Nepalese people in Belgium the government here makes a lot of plots against them. On the basis of their so-called mission report from Nepal, which is totally irrelevant, they have been deciding negative in series to the Nepalese people's asylum seeking procedure. Creating disinformation campaign, the government has been making the series of detention and deportation to the Nepalese asylum seekers. Nepalese people have been physically and mentally tortured in the detention camps. They have been deporting the Nepalese asylum seekers forcefully and in inhuman way though their lives are in danger in Nepal.

Demonstrating their undemocratic nature, the Belgian government has arrested and put under detention our treasurer of the Central Committee, Mr Prakash DAWADI – DVZnr: 4.895.572 on 14 January from his room of Leuven while he completed the formalities of filling Art.9.3,1980 and the procedure s for State of Council (Raad Van Staat) which is still not decided. He is one of the real victims of barbaric state terror of Nepal and who was compelled to leave his own beloved family and country to secure his life. He is also a representative of Belgium for 'Solidarity' monthly magazine of Nepal and it is well known that the editor and co-editor of this magazine were arrested and disappeared on 24th May, 2002 and its office was seized on 29th May, 2002 and terrorized to all its members. In course of unleashing state terror against the members of this magazine, the Nepalese barbaric authority accused all of them as the international network of the Maoists. The Amnesty International London, human rights organizations as well as other are well-known about it and AI London had also issued an urgent action. His political background while in Nepal and his activities here against assassin 'king' Gyanendra and his retrogressive steps to medieval feudal system are enough to kill him for the fascist monarch Gyanendra of Nepal. For instance we could see his activities in pictures http://www.insof.org/news/140502_deuba_protested.htm (he is in front of the protest march).

So, we are deeply concerned to this event and we regret this inhumanity move of the government of Belgium for real refugees of Nepal. We appeal to the concerned depart to release him immediately without any condition.
We would like to request to the human right associations, organizations, institutions and individuals to step on for his release.
