Today 10 January 2003 has been emitted in Milan's Palace of "justice" the sentence of first degree for the relative facts to the 25 april 2001 -the anniversary of the popular insurrection against nazis in milan in 1945- in the comparisons of three companions who have discounted 35 days of confinement already before the beginning of the process.
The sentence has condemned 2 comrades -for beatin some nazis says cops and judges- to 2 years with suspension of the pain, more 20000euro to pay, while a comrade is acquitted in order not to have store clerk the fact.
After the sentence it has been a first initiative -100 persons- that has covered the ways of the city center in order then to conclude in public square Dome.
This sentence becomes part in the general picture of increasing repression that after the facts of Naples and Genoa sees to hit who more and more daily opposes from the bottom to the capitalist political and who fight for the defense of the fundamental rights and for the safeguard of the historical memory of anticapitalistic movements.
These sentences will not stop a movement that more and more is mobilizing against the antisocial political of this fascist government based
on warfare.
