Nie wieder krieg? Our greatgrandparents and grandparents survived or died with the only hope that WO I would be the war to end all other wars.
Nie wieder krieg? Our greatgrandparents and grandparents survived or died with the only hope that WO I would be the war to end all other wars. Instead there were about 165 wars with 180 million victims in the 20th century. Will we let the old men with hardened hearts do the same to this century ?
There is no difference between war in Europe, Iraq or anywhere else on this small planet. If there's one thing that binds us all it's that we're trying to build a life for ourselves, irrelevant of the form that might take.
I realise that war is a symptom of some deeper problem that we have as a species - but it's a symptom that can annihilate all other efforts to transform our lives into something better.
Stop thinking war !
