What is the difference between these photos?

1. One is black-and-white; the other is in color.

2. The Jew was tried and executed in public. The Arab will be tried and executed in secret (see USA PATRIOT Act).

The first picture shows the execution of a person, probably a Jew. Executing the person for beïng Jewisch would have been lawful in Germany.
The second picture shows the transport of a person, probably an Arab. Executing the person for beïng an Arab would be unlawful in the U.S.A.

So, the US kills prisoners in airless containers by the thousands in northern Afghanistan and tortures in Guantanamo (most of these prisoners are Afghan or Pakistani, not Arab)
