The signing of the American president on a law passed by the congress recognizing Al-Quds ( Jerusalem) the capital of the Israeli entity constitutes a dangerous aggression on Arabs, Muslims and Christians. This decision unveiled the last faked shadow that covers the terrorist polices of the American administration which are being legitimized by the congress with its tow dominant wings " Democrats and Republicans" which always comply with the security , military and political conditions of the Israeli entity and protects its interests while it abandons all Arab and Palestinian rights However that indicates the similarity in the policy making of both Administrations " the American and the Israeli" .

The signing on this ominous law contradicts all promises made by the American Administrations concerning al- Quds (Jerusalem) it also contradicts all Resolutions passed by the United Nations and the attitudes of all religious leaders regarding the sacred city .

Issuing this law and Okaying it at this time comes indeed in the course of giving unlimited support to Sharon' Government . all which have been implicated in the law about whether or not it is obligatory to the US government is merely a maneuver which we have become used to and an exposed attempt to distributing roles .

We strongly denounce this law and demand the Arab and Islamic Regimes to bear their historic responsibilities towards al- Quds the central cause of the Umma and we warn of any carelessness of the legitimate rights of the Umma. We must altogether confront the American law and its repercussions on the future of the region and we call on the Arab and Muslim peoples and all their live forces to actively act on the ground and build a strong shield against all attempts that aim to destroy our rights and our sacred shrines.

We emphasize that the only way to protect our rights and holy shrines is through our commitment to the choice of the resistance . Quds will always remain in the minds of all free people as a capital of all Palestine and there is no law in this world able to change this fact.
