[NL] Drie jonge duitse activisten werden
gearresteerd tijdens D14 en werden berecht volgens de
"snelrechtprocedure". Zonder bewijs werden de activisten beschuldigd
van geweldpleging, en werd er door de procureur een straf gevraagd van 1
jaar voorwaardelijk om "een voorbeeld te stellen", omdat
"er nog veel gelijkaardige demonstraties in Brussel zullen
gebeuren" (volgens de procureur des Konings).

Political trial
[EN] Three young german activists were arrested in Brussels during
D14, under a new "quick procedure" law. This shows the limits
of this kind of law. Without any valid proof, the police accused them of
being responsible for acts of violence. They have been covited to an
"exemplary" one year verdict "because there will be a lot
of similar demonstrations in Brussels" (dixit the general
attorney).
