On 3 June Linz and Geert had to appear in court again. Again the trial was
postponed until Monday 10 June, 14h. The reason for postponement was the Van
Noppen-trial in which Anja's lawyer is involved. The posponement was
predictable and therefore the worse. It could have been foreseen.
Both Geert and his lawyer showed their anger. The judge promised that on
June 10 the trial will finally take place.
Until now only the O.M. has been allowed to sum up the charges. None of the
lawyers has yet been allowed to speak.
