International team critical for mid-east peace

The world must welcome the initiative of Crown Prince Abdullah, now providing a unique opportunity for some constructive initiatives by the European Union with the U.N., USA, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and other Arab States who choose to collaborate for meaningful constructive action.

The key words above are "meaningful constructive action!".

I believe and recommend creation of an INTERNATIONAL TEAM comprised of representatives of the European Union, the U.N. , USA, Arab States, and other interested parties of good will to formulate a comprehensive agreement and plan to establish a viable independent Palestinian State and resolve all (repeat all) important issues , and most critical, said INTERNATIONAL TEAM to put a multinational team of specialists, economic, military, medical, educational and others... on the ground SOONEST to provide security and otherwise facilitate peaceful implementation of their proposed "comprehensive agreement and plan" said plan, in part in the form of a referendum to be submitted to a vote of the people (repeat "the people") of Palestine and Israel. (Hopefully then quickly followed by government approval and formal treaties, between and among the parties.)

I believe Javier Solana now has the unique opportunity to take the initiative for creation of such an INTERNATIONAL TEAM with the help and participation of the parties noted above to assure acceptance of this concept and critically also the acceptance and cooperation of Israel, the PA and the U.N., with political, financial, military and other help and collaboration as necessary to assure success.

I believe noble words of first you do this, and then perhaps we shall discuss that, and later on we shall resolve something else, and in any event we can't trust you or your associates, or friends, we can't forgive your past transgressions, and spin of demonizing accusations with myths of history and dissembling, can only continue the folly.

Other concepts for a pragmatic "end game" and follow through,
would surely be welcome.
