The world has geopoliticaly become aunipolar world dominated by the United States of America. The IMF and the World Bank supervise an economic order wich does not provide means of African development and growth but structurally adjusts Africa into increasing poverty and hardship.
However today, over half of Africa is engulfed in wars of differing intensities. We call on all patriots to heed the lament of the crying masses; crying for hope, food, justice and peace.
It is in times of challenge that the great latest energy in each one of us is called forth to contribute to the progress of our common humanity. Such energies must express themselves in organisation, and that is Africa's challenge.
We need to develop new strategies and rededicate ourselves to the struggle for African unification, conncrete solidarity and human liberation of the African in Africa and the diaspora.
Our salvation lies in our hands. We are the architects of our own freedom. This is the truth wich stares us resolutely in the face. It is apoint we need to remain ourselves of. Let us come together to discuss and resolve the burning issues of our dear homeland.
We owe this to ourselves and the generation after us.

Objectives
_ To locate the concrete conditions and on going struggle of African youths continentally and in the diaspora.
_ To popularise and mobilise abroad Pan African Youth Movement.
_ To construct aresponsive and substainable institutional framework within wich the diversity of african youth organisations can build unity, social progress and democracy.
