This morning the spanish foreign minister, Jose Piquet described in a press conference at the EU summit in Bruessels/Laeken what he thinks about the actions of the "antiglobalists".
The dialog with the "antiglobalists", started by the current EU president Verhofstadt, said the minister, is a positive development but is happening far to late, because the process of gobalization is a fact.
