The anarchist march in central Brussels is on its way to converge with the street party, which is due to begin at the southern train station.
Between 2,000 and 3,000 demonstrators are now on the streets, and limited incidents of throwing stones at the police have occured. The police have not responded so far, although water canons and tear gas rifles have been deployed.
