BEIJING, February 27 (Xinhuanet) -- In response to the Country Reports on Human Rights Practices - 2000 issued Monday by the U.S. State Department, China Tuesday released an article headlined "U.S. Human Rights Record in 2000" detailing rampant infringement of human rights in the United States.
