Freedom Riot
-string-

How do we live
How do we breathe
How do we die

In a capitalist world you can't do anything with out a cost

when the most important thing in life is to make money, you know

your society is crumbling

You can't live

You can't breathe

You can't die

FREE

when equality is a dream and not a reality

when poverty is real but not addressed

when the rich exploit everything for profit

you realize that this world needs to put people before money

an uncontrolable force

a dictating democracy

no regret in death

and your soul has never slept

hate has castrated hope

and has infected the youth

these corporations have told their lies

and hid the horrific truth

and with the evaporation of human rights

we declare war against the facist state

and we riot for our freedom

the police and national guard

are sent to keep peace

but they answer our peace

with their spray, clubs, and plastic bullets

our numbers scare them

our words provoke them

and our songs enrage them

so their club swings

their guns fire

and their cans release the gas

but this time for the first time

we win we don't back down

confused and disoriented

they run with their coiled

tails between their legs

but we don't stop there

we advance and surround them

strip them of their gear and weapons

and they are just men

cowards and ihuman

but no stronger than us

and we win

the first battle of our revolution

and we conquer the streets

the corprate shops

with wondows shattered

and we scream and shout

the words of freedom

for the world to hear our victory

united and strong

more faces have joined our cause

because we've showed them that

corprate greed is bad

for all peole and we cannot

allow its facist grip to

take hold and rule

so

we revolt

we revolt against our oppressor

we revolt for our freedom

and we revolt against the horror of today

and the destruction of tomorrow
