HRM Akahi Nui was released friday August 24 from the Maui Community Correctional Center where he arrived that morning. The Sovereign of the independent Kingdom of Hawai'i had been held off-the-roster at Halawa High Security on Oahu since shortly after his sentencing on March 29, 2001 in second circuit court by Judge Shackley F. Raffetto (in violation of the American Constitution which places the original jurisdiction with the Supreme Court).

The Head of State and beloved King of the independent Kingdom of Hawai'i (UNDER MILITARY OCCUPATION BY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) had been serving a five year sentence for "Criminal Trespass" (visiting the grave site of his Royal Ancestors) and "escape" (being abandoned by would be abductors) see San Francisco indymedia for details. The "escape" charges were dropped by the "Hawaii Paroling Authority" on July 23, 2001. HRM Akahi Nui was quietly released on parole at 1:30 PM the twenty fourth of August.

Good Question! The answer: Hawaiian Monarchs of old left rich trusts for the benifit of the Hawaiian people, and rich Trusts to be passed down to Heirs and Successors.
These Trusts are currently administered by American CEO's claiming there are no (Royal Hawaiian) Heirs. THE HAWAIIAN PEOPLE ARE DENIED MEDICAL CARE ET... EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PROVIDED FOR THEM BY THEIR FORMER KINGS AND QUEENS. The Hawaiian people have been subjected to GENOCIDE by the United States of America (St. Thomas Law Review 1984), the Hawaiian people are oppressed and RIPPED OFF! The King is determined to restore the people. He brings truth and justice. The Hawaiian people are allmost completely wiped out by America. Should we live a lie the American government has created and perpetuated for 108 years? How would Americans like it if we came over there, stole all the land and polluted it, dug up all the graves of your ancestors and veterens, put swimming pools in where the graves were (and wont let the people swim in them), diverted all the waterfalls in the rain forest to sell the water to private corporations for $.06 per million gallons; destroying the fragile ecosystem, jailed you for victumless crimes, injected you with leprosy, denied you access to your beaches, forced you to change your citizenship, and denied you all rights by operating under Martial Rule. Need I go on? There's plenty more. By now you all would be one (minimum wage) paycheck away from becoming homeless, If you aren't already in a concentration slave camp somewhere in the good ole USofA, making profits for big corporations while you cant even buy a stamp to write home.
