The extradition of Milosevic to Hague by the Serbian government is a blatant violation of the constitution. It is the another coup d'etat after the one of last October bringing the Western quisling regime to power. Apparently fearing a wave of protests that possibly would rock the governmental coalition DOS after the decision of the constitutional court to preliminary reverse the decree allowing the unconstitutional extradition of Yugoslav citizens, Djindjic went into the offensive by rapidly extraditing the former president. According to the press even president Kostunica has not been informed.

The so-called "democratic" government installed and hailed by the West is not only violating the will of the big majority of the Yugoslav population that is strongly opposing any co-operation with Hague and supported Kostunica only because he promised to guarantee that Milosevic will not be judged abroad. It is also resorting to dictatorial measures inspired by those of the Western puppet Fujimori.

It is not by accident that the prostitute Djindjic is doing his atrocity on the Vidovdan, the day of the historic battle of Kosovo Polje June 28, 1389 for which he will get the wage of about one billion dollar right the day after. It is the utmost humiliation of all Serbs and Yugoslavs who have been fighting for a free, independent, democratic Yugoslavia and it is a shame for the six hundred years of Serbian liberation struggle against the Ottomans, the Habsburgs, the Nazis and finally the NATO aggressors.

Djindjic, the NATO collaborator, is the modern Nedic, the Nazi collaborator. He must be toppled as Nedic had been swept away be the resistance of the Serbian people.

Kostunica, who could only become president by pretending to defend the national interests of the people, will have to show his real political profile. Either his party leaves immediately the governmental coalition DOS and thus brings down the government, or the people eventually will understand that he is not qualitatively different to Djindjic.

Regarding the imperialist campaign against Milosevic (which has been stepped up again just in time by the "discovery" of a new "mass grave") as well as the war crimes tribunal (which is in fact the tribunal by the war criminals) has as its main purpose the legitimating of the NATO aggression against Yugoslavia and the de-legitimation of any resistance against the imperialist tyranny of the New World Order. The tribunal in the Hague is nothing else than a modern blueprint of medieval inquisition. Everything is faked. The murderer is acting as judge and prosecutor at the same time providing also the money for the spectacle. The judgement has already be fixed in advance. The victim is not even allowed to accuse the murderer. It's final aim is to have the victim admit that he is the culprit and to acquit the murderer. It is a political trial and media show suppressing any critical thought let alone diverging opinions. It is the production of a play there the masters of the corpora!

Support the current strike wave in Yugoslavia in defence of the elementary workers' right - extend them to bring down the Djindjic government!

Décidément, l'état de droit n'a pas la même signification selon qu'il s'agit des amis de nos gouvernements ou des opposants à l'OTAN, au FMI ou à l'Union européenne. Le journal parlé de ce matin nous annonce sans états d'âme que le premier ministre serbe Djnidjic, dirigeant de la république serbe, une partie de la fédération yougoslave, vient d'extrader l'ancien président Milosevic, en ignorant sciemment une décision contraire de la Haute Cour de Justice de son pays et en laissant dans l'ignorance le président yougoslave Kostunica. Imaginez le premier ministre de la région wallonne ou flamande, ignorant le gouvernement fédéral et la Cour de Cassation pour extrader un citoyen belge.
J'ai attendu, en vain, que notre gouvernement proteste contre de tels comportements arbitraires, dignes d'une république bananière. Evidemment, ces protestations ne viendront pas. Ne s'agit-il pas ici, comme l'affirment nos défenseurs du droit d'ingérence humanitaire, d'une application du principe de la supériorité du "droit international" sur les législations nationales ? Je suis plus que jamais convaincu que cette justice internationale qu'on est en train de mettre en place n'est et ne peut être dans les circonstances actuelles, qu'un instrument des Etats-Unis et de l'Europe pour éliminer, en les enlevant s'il le faut, en exerçant le chantage de l'aide financière, les chefs d'état et de gouvernement qui résistent à leur nouvel ordre mondial. Car dès qu'il a été question de convoquer le premier ministre israélien, Ariel Sharon, le boucher de Sabra et Chatila, devant un juge d'instruction belge, Louis Michel a freiné net. Pas question d'extrader des chefs d'état en fonction, il faut d'abord que notre parlement lève son immunité, il ne faut pas mettre en danger nos efforts diplomatiques au Moyen Orient....
On peut penser ce qu'on veut de Milosevic, mais il ne me semble certainement pas qu'il ait plus de sang sur les mains que Sharon. Seulement, ce dernier est "notre ami et allié", tandis que l'autre a tenté de s'opposer aux plans de privatisation de son économie par le FMI et la Banque Mondiale (voir Michael Chussodovsky, ECONOMIC TERRORISM, http://www.iacenter.org).
POur ceux qui penseraient en plus que le Tribunal Pénal International est un organisme "neutre", sachez qu'en 94-95, le TPI reçut du gouvernement US 31,5 millions de francs cash et plus de 100 millions de francs en ordinateurs. Et 6,75 millions du multimilliardaire américain George Soros, qui finançait en même temps le principal journal séparatiste albanais du Kosovo. Autres donateurs: le géant des médias Time-Warner (de quoi expliquer certains silences médiatiques sur les noirs côtés du TPI). Une grande partie des juristes du TPI proviennent de la Coalition for International Justice, fondée et financée par… George Soros.
Avec de tels sponsors, on comprend que le TPI ne poursuive pas les chefs de l'Otan, responsables d'une guerre illégale, détruisant délibérément des infrastructures civiles de la Yougoslavie et employant des armes interdites (bombes à fragmentation, munitions à uranium).
Le TPI bafoue plusieurs principes juridiques fondamentaux: séparation des pouvoirs (exécutif, législatif et judiciaire), égalité entre accusation et défense, présomption d'innocence…

Aucun tribunal n'accepterait de fonctionner dans une illégalité et un arbitraire aussi flagrants. Mais pour juger
les ennemis des USA, les principes juridiques ne comptent plus. Selon les maîtres du monde, le droit, c'est
celui du plus fort et du plus riche.
Après l'OMC, l'OTAN, le FMI et la Banque Mondiale, la constitution d'un tribunal international est une nouvelle pierre à l'édifice du nouvel ordre mondial au service des multinationales.
Même ceux qui ne portent pas Milsovic dans leur coeur, ne devraient pas marcher dans la combine et exiger la libération immédiate de Milosevic. C'est aux Yougoslaves qu'il appartient de juger leurs dirigeants. .
