March in Protest at 58 Deaths in Dover
by .... Sunday June 25, 2000 at 06:01 PM

16:00 GMT 24 June 2K. A large march has passed through central London in protest of the horrific events in Dover, where 58 Chinese unofficial entrants to the UK suffocated in a fruit truck.

The march, which passed by the Eurostar rail terminal and ended in the grounds of the Imperialist War Museum in Kennington, was supported by a large contingent of Kurdish refugees, Chinese groups, as well as the panoply of left wing organizations and trade union branches. There were no anarchist groupings seen by the author. [why not? please explain your absence]
The march was not disrupted by the police, who instead placed a video monitor at the head of the demo.
Many of the left groups, who are still reluctant to critcise the Labour regime outright, nonetheless accused the present government of murder.

Wait a second before you grab a seat....the people responsible for murder of the 58 Chinese nationals are smugglers/corrupt Chinese officials who allow them to leaveand English citizens who operate black-market businesses such as 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. which do not pay taxes.
Immigrants rights is best defined first of all for people who apply through legal mechanisms not blaming left of center governments for activities which are hard to curtail unless you are willing to place infiltrators into smuggling groups.
Support the Chinese democratic Party! Help win victories for genuine Labour Representatives in the Chinese Labour Party! Work against corruption and for democratization of the mainland Chinese political structures and for a free Tibet!
