Ihab al-Hams, brother of Palestinian school girl Eman al-Hams,13, shows a picture dated 05 October 2004 when her body arrived to Al-Najar hospital in the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah. An Israeli military court on 22 November 2004 indicted an army officer accused by his own soldiers of emptying his weapon into Palestinian schoolgirl Eman al-Hams, 13 years-old who was already dead, judicial sources said. The officer was charged with two counts of illegal use of a weapon, two counts of inappropriate behaviour and exceeding his authority and one count of obstruction of justice.
