The Revolutionary armed forces of Colombia Army of the Town FARC-EP and the Army of National Liberation of Colombia ELN, informs the Colombian town and Latin American that:

1. in recent date we have met in the mountains of Colombia the guerilla commands of both organizations, in an atmosphere of companionship, fraternity and mutual respect; coinciding fully in:
to. to Characterize the current régime of Uribe Vélez like enemy of the peace, guerrerista for conviction, generator of misery for the imperialistic politics's national and court wide majorities for our towns and nations.

b. For such a character, we ratify that while the illegitimate government of Álvaro Uribe Vélez persists in its Fascist politicians and militarists, we won't advance any process of political approach and national dialogue.

c. nevertheless, we reiterate our vocation of peace and of search of political exits to the social and armed conflict that our Colombia bleeds and with this purpose we will persist in:

- To impel all the political processes that propendan for the peace with social justice and the search of political alternatives against the Plan Colombia and the ALCA.
- To ratify the politics of the prisoners' of war exchange and political detainees in being able to the parts.
- To support the fights of the Colombian town against the fateful privatizations, the repression against all fair social protest, the cutting to the rights pensions them, the fiscal adjustment and in the defense of the public patrimony and the national sovereignty.

d. we Call to the Colombian town and the opinion it publishes international to be mobilized and to denounce the current government's antidemocrat politicians that it looks for to clip the few civil freedoms, citizens, democratic and political, through the application of the antiterrorist statute, the politics of Democratic Security and the civil population's involucramiento in the war.
and. we Reject the Referendo summoned by the régime for next days, to look for with him an establishment of the terrorism of State, the autoritarismo militarist and the delivery of our national sovereignty.

f. we Reaffirm that before the current social crisis and politics that we suffer the Colombians, we are imposed all the democratic, patriotic forces, revolutionaries and guerillas fighters to work for the construction and a new democratic and patriotic government's conformation that it faces once and for all for all the reconstruction process and national unit, in a mark of defense of our sovereignty and of the dignity of the national majorities.

2. committed as we are to make of Colombia a fair homeland for all; the FARC-EP and the ELN will persist with having renovated forces and revolutionary mettles in the roads traced in our 39 years of existence, maintaining our unitary, patriotic flags and anti-imperialists on high.
