Proactive, Preemptive Operations Group, (P2OG), is de naam van de nieuwste groepering om terroristen te bestrijden. Hun doel: "to bring together CIA and military covert action, information warfare, intelligence, and cover and deception." Anders gezegd: lok aanslagen uit en we pakken de terroristen wel.

Rumsfeld en co hebben weer iets nieuws uitgevonden, de "Proactive, Preemptive Operations Group" met als doel:
"to bring together CIA and military covert action, information warfare, intelligence, and cover and deception."
Met andere woorden: het leger en de C.I.A. gaan terroristische aanslagen uitlokken om dan de daders te pakken.
U leest het goed, Rumsfeld en co willen onschuldigen laten sterven om zo terroristen te pakken.
Het bericht stond verstopt in een artikel van de Los Angelos Times op zondag.
In dat artikel stond dat
"The board recommends creation of a super-Intelligence Support Activity, an organization it dubs the Proactive, Preemptive Operations Group, (P2OG), to bring together CIA and military covert action, information warfare, intelligence, and cover and deception.
Among other things, this body would launch secret operations aimed at "stimulating reactions" among terrorists and states possessing weapons of mass destruction -- that is, for instance, prodding terrorist cells into action and exposing themselves to "quick-response" attacks by U.S. forces."

Establish additional "centers" of excellence to handle the greatly increased work load and to augment JWAC to support "targeting" (in the broadest sense) of terrorist organizations and their supporting infrastructure—these activities will draw upon intelligence feeds, Red Teaming, and a great variety of subject matter experts (regional, cultural, psychological, soft and hard sensors)"
