An effective, documented alternative therapy using natural organic products has been discovered in Portugal. Dr. José Luis Sacadura Cabral, who adapted and improved the treatment, gave an exclusive interview to Pravda.Ru.

Dr. Sacadura Cabral's treatment was discovered almost by accident and the history of this therapy is a string of happy coincidences. The treatment consists of natural organic products, the dosage depending on the result of these natural substances on the patient's organism, checked through regular testing. The main products are tincture of Apium, a natural imunological response from the vegetable kingdom, a substance which plants produce to protect themselves; royal jelly and propolis, both produced by bees as a natural antibiotic for the hive; multi-vitamins and vitamin C. To this basic treatment are added garlic and Lisozium, the enzyme discovered by Fleming.

There are three phases to the treatment – initially, the patient receives the five basic substances and a massive dosage of garlic, some eight large cloves per day. Depending upon the patient's reaction to this garlic therapy, the dosage is reduced after three months and finally, there is maintenance treatment using small, but constant, quantities of these natural medicines.

As for results, Dr. Sacadura Cabral has 4 documented cases and the graphs showing T4 and T8 cell percentages in reaction to his treatment are astonishing, the more so since his patients must stop using all conventional medicines, which would conflict with his treatment. "My treatment is to edify systems naturally, using natural substances. The conventional treatment sells medicines and keeps hundreds of thousands of people employed, but destroys the system slowly", he said.

Dr. Sacadura Cabral has one patient with HIV I who he has been treating for 12 years. Treatment started in 1989, with the ratio between T4 and T8 cells being the double of what it should have been. Now the ratio is balanced and the patient is well and leading a normal life.

The T4 cells target the infection and the T8 cells eliminate it. With full-blown AIDS, the T8 cells attack the T4s and the immunological system enters in conflict with itself. Another patient with HIV I reacted almost immediately to this treatment. In November, 1992, his T4 count was 16% and after six months it had risen to 34%. His T8 decreased from 49% to 16%. When the T8 ratio is very high in relation to the T4, it means the patient's system is unbalanced and is a sign that the patient is becoming seriously ill.
The patient in question was so ill when he started treatment that he had AIDS-induced encephalitis.

The other cases documented show similar success rates. Dr. Sacadura Cabral stated that it is criminal that the public health services do not consider his treatment seriously because he believes millions of lives could be saved at a fraction of the price of conventional therapies. His patients must pay around 130 USD per month for their medicines, whereas conventional treatment costs around ten times that amount.

The main ingredient, Tincture of Apium, was invented by a pharmacist in the northern city of Oporto some fifty years ago. Dr. Maria da Conceicao became famous for her "miracle" cure against cancer and people who had been declared incurable by some of Europe's top hospitals, went to her for treatment. Dr. Sacadura Cabral decided to add natural antibiotics, made by bees to protect the hive from infection (propolis and royal jelly) and garlic, after he found that his herpes was dramatically reduced every time he ate it in large quantities.

Dr. Sacadura Cabral has reliable information that in vitro laboratory tests carried out in Lisbon at his request, proved that the Lisozium destroyed the AIDS virus. He is indignant that the public health authorities will not listen to his demonstrations that his treatment works and he has the documentation to prove it. He is not motivated by money and does not charge his patients. Treatment is for free and is motivated by a wider spirit of altruism.

"I feel I am doing what I have to do. I am sorry that the authorities do not collaborate. The entities which claim to be helping people do not collaborate. Nobody collaborates. And every day, people are dying of a disease which has effective and cheap, natural treatment".
