Declaring "I am out of a job," the Brazilian head of the world's chemical weapons regulatory body stormed out of a conference hall here after his ouster in a U.S.-led vote.
The United States had opened a public campaign against Jose Mauricio Bustani two months ago. On Monday, it successfully rallied other nations to terminate Bustani's contract as director-general of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
