(808) 575-9095 Maui, Hawaii

Hawaiian King Political Prisoner Due to the Military Occupation of the Hawaiian Islands by the United States of America.

Allthough the American Congress addmitted the 1893 unlawfull overthrow of the Hawaiian Monarchy in 1993 (USA Public Law 103-150), the United States of America remains in repeated and severe violation of four (4) International treaties between the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America. HRM Akahi Nui, the Head of State and King of the Hawaiian Island Archipelago remains incarcerated off-the-roster as a political prisoner at the Halawa High Security Facility on Oahu, while the American Congress prepares to vote on a bill which seeks to identify the Na Kanaka Maoli (Hawaiian people) as Native American Indians. Apparenty the Congress of the United States of America feels they have a right to exorcise the Na Kanaka Maoli (Hawaiian peoples) right of self-determination for them, in violation of their Human Rights. The Hawaiian people have been subjected to Genocide by the United States of America (St. Thomas Law Review 1984). The remnant of the Na Kanaka Maoli (Hawaiian) people represents only 20% of the Hawaiian Island Population, yet they are 40% of the incarcerated. There have been reports of an assassination plot hatched against the Hawaiian King (Indymeda.org, and San Fransisco Indymedia). All advocates of truth and justice should get involved before it is too late for a people world reknowned for their Aloha.
