APRES LES MANIFESTATIONS ANTI CAPITALISTES DU 26 SEPTEMBRE DERNIER A PRAGUE, LA POLICE TCHEQUE CHERCHE SA REVANCHE

La section tchèque de l'AIT (Association Internationale des Travailleurs, anarchosyndicaliste) a informé par téléphone le secrétariat de l'AIT d'une opération policière d'envergure contre certains de ses militants.

Lundi 23 octobre, dans trois villes différentes de la république tchèque, situées dans des régions éloignees du pays, des unités spéciales de la police politique ont surgis, encerclant puis arrêtant en pleine rue trois des militants parmi les plus actifs dans le mouvement anarcho-syndicaliste tchèque.

Le fait que ces commandos aient enlevé nos compagnons dans un mouvement parfaitement coordonné et plannifié est à mettre en relation avec l'intense campagne médiatique qui se déchaîne actuellement contre les militants anarchistes dans ce pays.

Les principaux journaux tchèques accusent les militants libertaires d'être bien organisés et de bénéficier de l'appui d'une organisation internationale, qui leur a permis d'être à l'origine des violents affrontements qui ont opposé les manifestants du 26 septembre aux forces
anti-émeutes. Les journaux publient les photos des émeutiers, en appellant les gens à dénoncer à la
police ceux qu'ils reconnaîtraient.

Si la section tchèque de l'AIT n'est pas nommément citée, elle est bien la principale cible visée par ces attaques. Déjà, la veille des arrestations, les ordinateurs de l'organisation ont été victimes de virus informatiques qui les ont totalement détruits.

La section tchèque de l'AIT doit déjà faire face à une intense campagne de répression de la part de l'Etat Tchèque pour son combat antifasciste et anticapitaliste radical. Le verdict du jugement des dix de Zlinn n'a toujours pas été rendu. Un des inculpés, sous le coup d'une peine préventive
pour un affrontement avec un skinhead nazi, s'est enfui pour échapper à la prison. Lors de la dernière phase du procès, l'avocat de nos compagnons a toutefois réussi à démolir le faux témoignage d'un des skinheads contre les militants antifascistes. La situation reste donc incertaine.

Si, finalement, nos compagnons ont été libérés le 25 octobre après deux jours d'interrogatoires, il est clair que l'Etat tchèque - et sa police - chercheront par tous les moyens à obtenir leur revanche après le succès de la manifestation anticapitaiste du 26 septembre dernier.

Nos compagnons tchèques nous demandent donc d'être vigilants sur l'évolution ultérieure des événements, et de nous tenir prêt à agir si la situation le nécessitait.

AFTER THE ANTI CAPITALIST DEMONSTRATIONS OF THE LAST 26th of SEPTEMBER IN PRAHA, THE CZECH POLICE IS LOOKING FOR ITS REVENGE

The czech section of the IWA (International Workers Association, anarcosyndicalist international) informed by phone the IWA secretary of a large police operation against some of their militants.

Monday, the 23th of october, in three different towns, very far from each others, special units of the political police has surrounded and arrested three of the main dedicated militants of the anarco syndicalist czech movement.

The fact our friends has been picked up by commandos, in a perfectly coordinated and planned operation, has to be linked with the actual violent press campaign against anarchists in Czech republic.

Main medias of the country accuse the libertarian militants to be well organized and to benefit of their membership of an international organization. For journalists, it explains they were at the beginning of the violent fightings which has opposed demonstrators of the 26th of september to anti riot police. Papers publish photos of the rioters, calling people to denounce them to police.

If the Czech section of IWA is not named, it is clearly the real target of those attacks. The day before the arrestations, computers of the organization has been totally destroyed by an hacker attack.

Czech IWA section has to face to an intensive repression campaign from the Czech state, for its radical struggle against fascism and capitalism.
The sentence of the Zlinn Ten Trial hasn't been yet given. One of them has escaped the territory, because he was under another sentence for fighting with a nazi and he wants to escape jail. During the last part of the trial, the Zlin Ten advocate managed to demolish the false testimony of one of the nazi skinhead. So, situation remains still
uncertain.

Finally, the three arrested people has been released after 48 hours of questionning by policemen. But it is clear that the Czech state - and its police - would seek for their revenge, by any means necessary. They didn't accept the succes of the anticapitalist demonstration of the last
26th of september

Our Czech friends ask us to be vigilant about the future evolving of the events there, and to keep ready to act if it would become necessary.
