GENERAL STRIKE: Tuesday, October 3rd - Tuesday, October 10th

A week-long GENERAL STRIKE has been declared by rank-and-file workers,
teachers and students to protest the election fraud perpetrated by
the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD).

The corporate-funded and illegal CDP has continued to exclude popular,
non-Republicratic candidates from participating in America's "official"
presidential debates.

Numerous surveys of likely voters reveal a great deal of support exists for
the Green Party's Ralph Nader (60.9 percent) and Reform candidate Pat Buchanan
(58.7 percent) to be allowed to participate in the presidential debates.

As a result of "our government's" anti-democratic election process, the
October General Strike has been declared. Consequently, the US will go without the taxed but unrepresented labor of truck drivers,
electricians and electrical manufacturers, metal and plastic workers, tool and
die makers, sheet metal workers, warehouse workers, custodians, clerical
workers, instructors, researchers, students, scientists, librarians, day-care
workers and all citizens who understand that an ill-informed democracy is a
non-democracy.

The General Strike will begin on Tuesday, October 3rd and continue for one
week until Tuesday, October 10th.
