What is the RIP bill? And how does it legitimate the surveillance from the part of the English governement? How did you fight against this bill?

You mentionned in your talk that it was important to stop the surveillance processes before they get going because afterwards they are very hard to dismantle.Isn t too late? Haven t the dammages been done already?

Often, very broad concepts, which seem self explanatory at first sight, like cybercriminality and child pornography are advanced. But one can wonder if these arguments are introduced genuinely or strategically.
